What we do
Care that starts with listening
Herbal practice, run properly: a real consultation, preparations dispensed by hand, and a file that remembers you next time.
Preparation & dispensing
Herbs are measured and prepared for your prescription, then dispensed at our counter with instructions for use.
Follow-up & delivery
Return visits pick up where the last one ended. If you can't come in, we deliver to your area.
How a visit works
Four steps, in this order
The same for everyone, every time. Nothing is dispensed before it's paid for, and nothing is priced before you've been seen.
Arrive and register
Reception takes your name, phone and area. First visit only — after that we find your file.
Consultation
The practitioner examines and discusses, then composes your prescription.
Payment
You're quoted for exactly what was prescribed. Cash or Mobile Money, and a printed receipt.
Collect your herbs
The pharmacy hands over your preparation with instructions. Or we arrange delivery.
Come and be seen
Request a time that suits you and reception will call to confirm. Walk-ins are welcome too — you'll simply join the queue.
